Still playing with the baby

Wednesday, April 25th, 2007

Playing with the kid is much more fun than trading. I cannot believe it has only been two weeks. It feels like I haven’t traded in months. The first couple of weeks with a new baby can be ‘fun’ to say it in a round about way. I am finally getting back to work.

But playing with the baby is more fun.

Economic Comedian

I have been taking care of the family at the post partum center, so I still have not had time to trade, but I have been watching YouTube during feedings. Here is a video from the stand up economist comedian.

Leaving the hospital

Sunday, April 15th, 2007

Leaving the hospital tomorrow. I cannot tell you how long it has been. It does not feel like a few days, more like a month. We have national insurance here, and we have five days in the hospital after a birth. It is the right lenght I think. I know some people who were out of the hospital the next day in the US. Here we get a lot fo support, and the nurses come over and teach you how to take care of your baby, and make sure he/she is healthy.

So we are leaving today with the newest member of the family and I will be back to trading on Monday. I hope everyone had a great weekend.
